Anne-Caroline Cixous, Founding Partner of GLOBE | Tax & Strategy

Anne-Caroline is an economist and a tax lawyer with an extensive expertise in economic and international tax consultancy, tax policy, transfer pricing and business restructuring, and assets valuation acquired in Big 4 (PwC, Deloitte) and major French law firms (CMS) over the last 20 years. 

She founded GLOBE | Tax & Strategy in the United Arab Emirates in 2023, as the UAE and GCC countries were implementing corporate income tax regulations. From structuring to compliance, she provides a bespoke service, partnering with clients at every stage of the process.   

She partners with multinational companies supporting them in managing international tax planning projects and restructuring. This includes valuing assets and business transfers, optimising tax models, and defending these against tax authorities. She has a proven track record of negotiating tax structuring agreements and settlements with tax administrations. She has experience in various sectors, including IT, finance, entertainment, consumer goods, transportation, engineering, healthcare and luxury goods.

She has been involved in technical works with the European Union and the OECD alongside the BEPS discussions. She leads training courses for both private and public professionals. 

Anne-Caroline holds a Master in public affairs and macroeconomics (Sciences-Po Paris), a Master in international economics and modelling (Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University and Ecole Centrale Paris – Engineering School), and a Master in business law (Paris Panthéon Assas University). She is an Attorney-at-Law.
